End User License Agreement

1. Scope and Acceptance

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of digital content — including ebooks, PDFs, and audiobooks — purchased through MythicQuill Publishing (the "Platform"). By completing a purchase or downloading any digital file, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

Each digital work is published by an individual author ("Publisher") and is protected by copyright law. Your purchase grants you a licence, not ownership, of the file.

2. Licence Grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, the Publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to:

• Download and store the file on up to three personal devices you own or control
• Read or listen to the content for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment
• Make one backup copy solely for archival purposes, provided the copy is not distributed to others

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the content to any third party
• Share your login credentials or provide others access to your downloads
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or lend the digital file
• Convert, transcode, or extract text from the file for any other purpose
• Remove, alter, or circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) protection
• Use the content for public performance, broadcast, or commercial display
• Use the content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without express written permission from the Publisher
• Upload, post, or share the file — or excerpts exceeding 500 words — on any public platform or social network

4. Ownership and Copyright

All digital content remains the intellectual property of the respective Publisher. This EULA does not transfer any ownership or copyright to you. The Platform and its infrastructure are owned by MythicQuill Publishing. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

5. Accessibility

Your purchased files are available for download from your account library. We endeavour to maintain availability for a minimum of five years from the date of purchase. We recommend downloading and retaining your own copies, as we cannot guarantee indefinite hosting.

6. Refunds and Returns

Digital files are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical defect — such as a corrupted file or inability to open the file in any standard reader — contact us within 14 days of purchase at legal@mythicquill.org and we will provide a corrected file or, at our discretion, a refund.

7. Termination

This licence terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the licensed content and destroy all copies in your possession. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

We reserve the right to suspend access to your account and downloads if we reasonably believe a violation has occurred, pending investigation.

8. Disclaimer

Digital content is provided "as is." Neither the Platform nor the Publisher makes any warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Opinions expressed in published works are those of the author and do not represent the views of MythicQuill Publishing.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
